Good News and Good Day for DPI Stocks!

A series of news left their mark today on pure-player DPI vendors shares today:
  • Sandvine Q1 results - surprising the market with a profit (here)

  • The U.S. Court of Appeals ruling against the FCC’s Net Neutrality. So far, Net Neutrality was the main reason for US ISPs to delay DPI deployment decisions.

  • Louis Navellier recommended Allot in his recent newsletter. I haven’t seen the newsletter – it was reported in the Israeli Themarker site (here, in Hebrew).

At the end of the day, Sandvine (TSX:SVC), Allot (NASDAQ:ALLT) and Procera (AMEX: PKT) gained 8-10%, each trading 6 times the average daily volume. Both Allot and Sandvine reached a new 52 week high during the day.
